Senior principal– Careers at Mercer
Mansee is a Senior Principal with Mercer and leads the Rewards Consulting business for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh along with Global mobility practice.
She works extensively with clients across sectors in the areas of rewards design, compensation & benefits benchmarking and pay structures and manages multiple forums in association with leading organizations which play a play a pivotal role in shaping Industry practices.
Mansee has 17 years of experience in Human Resources in industry and consulting, with large conglomerates and world class organizations. She has been Mercer’s industry leader for High-tech which is the fastest growing business segment for Mercer and has been instrumental in launching and managing multiple forum for client groups in IT, ITES, EDS, Internet and GCC. Mansee has worked on several projects in Executive rewards including market benchmarking and remuneration committee presentations. Prior to Mercer, Mansee worked with a large IT major as an internal consultant with the HR effectiveness team. She has also worked with the Tatas, was exposed to plant HR and HRBP and performance management COE roles.
Mansee holds a graduate degree in management sciences from Devi Ahilya University and a post graduation in business administration from Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD, Pune. She has been a rank holder throughout her education. She has also completed PHR (Professional in HR) course through SHRM, USA.
Associate – Careers at Mercer
Sonali is a senior consultant and currently manages the Hi-Tech sector in India and Sri Lanka market managing assignments across sectors.
Sonali has over 14 years of holistic experience in Human Resources in areas of Compensation & Benefits, Automations and Employee Relations, Engagement and various other aspects of Corporate and consulting HR with large multinational organizations.
During her industry experience, she has worked on design and administration of HR policies and practices in alignment with organizational objectives in almost all areas of HR in various sectors. Primary functional areas worked on includes Compensation Benefits, Corporate HR, Policy development and implementation and Process administration.
Prior to joining Mercer, Sonali was working as a senior HR professional for multi national organizations. Her expertise spreads across working with different industries such as Information Technology, Electronic Security and Retail sectors at Corporate level in multiple facets of HR in India and overseas.
Sonali holds a Post graduate degree in Business Administration in HR & Marketing. Prior to finishing her post graduation, she completed her Bachelors degree in Engineering.
