    Dinesh’s wealth of expertise and knowledge stems from 25 years of experience in all aspects of Business Process Management, Finance and Accounting, Transformation, Automation and Operational Delivery. He is an authority in the set-up of Greenfield outsourcing sites, Offshore Transitioning, HR, General Management, Business Development, Organizational Change and Strategic Planning in a number of industries. Dinesh relocated back to his country of birth in May 2016 after spending 30 years in Sydney Australia. Over the last 30 years Dinesh has worked for a number of Blue Chip BPO organization’s such as Accenture and Wipro and is currently the Country Managing Director for WNS Sri Lanka. In addition to this, Dinesh currently sits on the SLASSCOM board and heads the SLASSCOM BPM Forum, is a member of the board studies overseeing CFAS (A certification program for Finance Professional working in the BPM industry) and is an advisor for the Export Development Board.
    Dinesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, majoring in Accounting & Law, and an MBA majoring in General Management from the University of Technology (UTS) Sydney, Australia.

    Currently, as a sales leader, I am leading a sales team at UiUiPath, focused on selling software robotic solutions into the India domestic market. I am responsible for revenue generation from organizations which are Head quartered in India, Bangladesh and Srilanka.

    Previously held two important sales leadership positions at EMC India including running their financial services sales across India.

    Harsha de Silva is Member of Parliament from Colombo and currently Minister of Economic Reform and Public Distribution of the Government of Sri Lanka.

    An economist by training, Harsha’s objective in politics is to help create a prosperous nation where all citizens enjoy the same rights and privileges.

    His most satisfying achievement thus far has been founding the much loved '1990 Suwa Seriya' nation-wide pre-hospital care ambulance service.

    Harsha has a PhD in economics from the University of Missouri and has had executive training at both MIT and Harvard. He is married with two children and lives in Colombo.

    Ruwindhu’s passion is to help Asia based companies grow into global brands while attracting global investors to participate in the tremendous potential in the region. He currently serves on the national Innovation and IT steering committee appointed by the government cabinet to position Sri Lanka as the “Island of Ingenuity” and guide the industry towards a $5B export target by 2022. He served as the Chairman of SLASSCOM (2017-2018) , one of the most influential national chambers that acts as a catalyst of growth for the Sri Lankan knowledge and innovation industry. Ruwindhu is also a founding board member of the Lankan Angel Network, Sri Lanka’s first alliance of Angel investors.     Prior to joining Stax, Mr. Peiris was Vice President and the Global Head of Operations for Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global information technology services company. During his tenure at Virtusa, he has successfully implemented multiple complex solutions for Global 500 companies in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Telecom industries, transforming their data and information into critical dashboards and decision tools.

    Mr. Peiris earned an M.B.A. from Edith Cowan University (Australia) and is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Queen’s University (Canada). He completed his primary and secondary education at St. Peter’s College, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
