Heminda is a serial innovator. He co-founded www.JendoInnovations.com a medtech startup and www.thuru.lk, a GreenTech initiative. He is a Director of Effective Solutions, an IoT startup. In early 2017, Heminda founded Mora Ventures, a startup incubator based at the University of Moratuwa which has launched over 25 startups within its first year.
In 2018, he co-founded Venture Frontier Lanka, Sri Lanka's first integrated startup platform focused on the development of the complete startup life-cycle.
Heminda has a Bachelors in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from University of Moratuwa and has worked at the Axiata Group for over 10 years in the area of new product innovation with consulting experience in Malaysia, Bangladesh and Cambodia.

Harsha holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Computing from the Middlesex University, UK. He then completed his Master’s Degree in Information technology and the PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Software Agents from the City University, London.
In his role at MoDSIT, Anushka works with partners across Government and private sector to implement new national initiatives on trade policy reforms, national export strategy, national innovation and entrepreneurship strategy, and positioning Sri Lanka has an attractive and competitive investment destination.
He is a Board Member at Seylan Bank PLC, Fairfirst Insurance Ltd, and HNB Grameen Finance Ltd.
He was also the Chief Economist & Head of the Economic Intelligence Unit (EIU) at the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce during 2015-2017.
Anushka has a BSc in Economics from UCL and a Masters in Economics and Development from the University of Leeds. He is an alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education.
